Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will work closely with the executive to keep daily operations smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience working remotely and comfortable with a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Slack for team communication.
• Notion for knowledge management and project tracking.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
