Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
• Streamline internal workflows, create SOPs, and maintain project documentation.
• Perform data analysis, generate reports and support cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
