Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Viva is seeking a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup CEO. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will help the executive stay organized, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Develop and improve workflows, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis and support internal project coordination.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and ensure smooth operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and a strong interest in AI‑enhanced productivity.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD total with regular raises.
