Windows System Administrator & Cloud L2 Engineer (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator / Cloud L2 Engineer to provide second‑level support for multiple customers across Latin America. The role requires strong MSP experience, hands‑on expertise with Windows infrastructure and Microsoft Azure, and the ability to work in US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services, including VMs, Entra ID, storage, and networking.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, configuration, and security hardening.
• Monitor infrastructure, identify potential issues, and manage backup, restore, and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and changes within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors on complex escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Windows System Administration or Infrastructure Support.
• Mandatory MSP experience supporting multiple customers/environments.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work US time zones.
• Understanding of SLA and ITIL processes.
