About the role

We are looking for an in‑house lawyer to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, contract and compliance matters. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that business activities are legally sound and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise business units on corporate and commercial legislation in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes.
• Prepare legal opinions and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing legal risks associated with complex corporate structures.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho); postgraduate or specialization in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contracts or Compliance is desirable.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, complex corporate environment, or consulting/Big 4 practice.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2) for negotiation and drafting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with commercial and corporate legislation across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
