AI, Crowd Sourcing Manager - Recruitment

About the role

This role leads a sourcing team responsible for building and managing candidate pipelines, global advertising, and the management of customer targets and delivery expectations. It covers the business and global operations of several recruitment projects active in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals so that recruitment priorities align with business objectives.
• Schedule team meetings and off-sites and keep members informed about ramp changes and updates.
• Provide a daily overview of project status to the Director of Recruitment.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with customer teams, presenting at quarterly business reviews.
• Work with the PMO and Sales teams to define recruitment requirements for new programs, including RFPs and RFIs.
• Share tools, techniques and knowledge across recruitment programs and generate advertising efficiencies.
• Centralise updated project templates and processes, and manage ATS upgrades and testing requests.
• Induct and train new and existing team members to a high standard.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years as a recruitment team leader.
• Experience in tech hiring and university relationships is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; travel for off-site customer visits and overtime for deadlines may be required.
• 4th-level qualification preferred, or equivalent business experience.
