About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will support the organization by overseeing the procurement process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining accurate cash handling. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual who can balance operational tasks with excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process.
- Process supplier payments using checks or electronic transfers.
- Handle petty cash operations and reconcile expenses.
- Provide high‑quality service to internal and external customers.
Required profile
- Age: 25 years.
- University student in the third year of Public Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar purchasing role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Excel (intermediate/advanced).
