About the role

Join a dynamic fashion retail team as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor. You will work in a busy mall store, assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized according to brand guidelines.
• Perform daily cash register closing and manage supporting documentation.
• Control, organize, and receive merchandise in the stockroom.
• Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; additional accounting or related training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Age 20 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude, dynamic, extroverted, and professional appearance.
• Availability to work rotating mall hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and cash‑handling procedures.
