About the role

ASERTIVA is seeking a motivated individual to support its regulatory monitoring team. The role involves tracking legal and regulatory changes, summarizing information, and assisting clients in public affairs decision‑making. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented graduate eager to develop expertise in legal research within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor official, public, and regulatory sources to identify relevant updates.
• Classify, validate, and record information in internal databases.
• Draft executive summaries, technical notes, and formal communications.
• Track official gazettes, institutional websites, and normative publications.
• Update matrices, reports, and team deliverables.
• Participate in webinars or public institution presentations and prepare executive briefs.

Required profile

• Graduate (or soon‑to‑graduate) with a degree in Legal Sciences.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in related activities such as legal research, normative review, or document management.
• Strong formal writing skills and ability to organize information.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Basic understanding of official sources and the institutional structure of the State.
