Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual advisor and data processor to join our on‑site team in Antiguo Cuscatlán. The role supports daily operations for a healthcare outsourcing company, handling patient communications and medical data.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 60–70 inbound calls per day in English and Spanish.
• Provide professional bilingual customer service to patients.
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation of medical records.
• Support medical scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Maintain strong communication with U.S.-based clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (85 %+ required).
• Previous experience in an English‑speaking call center.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or current university student (preferred).
