Collections Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Representative to join our fully remote team. You will handle outstanding residential and commercial accounts, conduct professional collection calls, and keep accurate records of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Make effective collection calls to residential and commercial clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising and assigning collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant collection policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Professional attitude and strong ethical standards.
• Excellent organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
