Culture and Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Specialist to design and nurture a vibrant, inclusive organisational culture that drives belonging, emotional commitment and pride among employees. The role will act as a bridge across departments, generations and leadership styles, translating the company’s purpose into everyday behaviours and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an internal culture strategy aligned with the organization’s purpose and vision.
• Assess the current cultural climate and create continuous‑improvement plans.
• Lead internal communication campaigns using storytelling, inclusion and purpose‑driven messaging.
• Co‑create active‑listening and recognition spaces together with leaders and teams.
• Develop and roll out wellbeing, emotional‑connection and community‑building initiatives.
• Coordinate employer‑brand activities (events, social media, external presence) in partnership with marketing.
• Define and track key indicators such as climate, engagement, identity and satisfaction.
• Serve as the cultural spokesperson in internal and external forums.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Communications, Talent, Legal and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in organizational culture, internal communications, employer branding or talent development.
• Training or specialization in human development, conscious leadership, storytelling or organisational wellbeing (preferred).
• Strategic design, emotional communication, group facilitation and non‑hierarchical leadership abilities.
• Experience with cultural measurement tools and internal communication platforms.
• Positive energy, inclusive mindset and strong interpersonal connection skills.
