About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the frontline ambassador for a retail client, delivering exceptional support primarily through phone interactions in a dynamic call‑center environment. The role also includes handling live chat and email correspondence to ensure customers receive prompt and effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

Provide inbound phone support as the first point of contact for customers.
Manage live‑chat and email inquiries, delivering timely resolutions.
Maintain high service standards to ensure prompt and effective assistance.

Required profile

Minimum high school diploma.
At least 1 year of retail BPO experience.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong customer orientation and passion for excellent service.
Self‑starter with proactive problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to embody company values of love, respect, and integrity.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
