About the role

The Service Director will train, advise and guide bank customers in the proper use of electronic channels, supporting the bank’s migration strategy and service culture. The role focuses on meeting performance targets while reducing wait and response times for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized training on electronic banking channels and assist customers with transactions.
• Support the use of Qflow kiosks, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Report any electronic channel failures to the ATM/Kiosk, Qflow, and Call Center departments promptly.
• Engage customers waiting in branch areas, promoting electronic channels and financial correspondent services.
• Promote new debit cards, PIN telebanking, e‑banking services, insurance products, and digital adoption to meet monthly management goals.
• Refer pre‑approved credit cards, loans, and salary advances to the business area for processing.
• Manage Qflow equipment (paper changes, power cycles), monitor wait times, and ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• University student (preferred) with basic finance knowledge.
• Proficient in basic computer use.
• Familiarity with kiosk, ATM, and call‑center systems is desirable.
• Understanding of digital and technological trends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
