About the role

The Service Director will train, advise and guide customers on the proper use of the bank's electronic channels, supporting the migration strategy and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role focuses on meeting performance targets while reducing wait times and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized training on electronic banking channels and assist customers with Qflow kiosk usage.
• Report any technical failures in ATMs, kiosks or electronic channels to the relevant departments promptly.
• Approach waiting customers throughout the branch to promote digital channels and financial correspondents.
• Offer new debit cards, PIN telebanking, e‑banking services, insurance products and digital adoption solutions to meet monthly management goals.
• Refer pre‑approved credit cards, loans and salary advances to the business area for processing.
• Manage the Qflow system, including paper changes, power cycles, fault reporting and monitoring wait times across the branch.

Required profile

• University student (preferred) with basic finance knowledge.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Familiarity with kiosk, ATM and call‑center systems.
• Strong orientation to customer service and digital trends.
