About the role
The company is expanding and seeks a Country Director to lead its operations in El Salvador. This senior position reports directly to the Board and senior management, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring the country’s performance meets financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Define, monitor and achieve country‑level objectives, financial results and operational KPIs.
- Convert corporate strategy into concrete, measurable action plans.
- Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across all business functions.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and senior leadership for country‑specific decision‑making.
- Maintain execution discipline and ensure timely achievement of set goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Director, CFO or COO.
- Strong process orientation, discipline and results‑driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior boards.
- Willingness to work on‑site in San Salvador.
