Ejecutivo de ventas telefónicas (Telemarketing)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our modern electronic invoicing platform in El Salvador. The successful candidate will contact prospects, present service plans, generate new business opportunities, and close sales, playing a key role in expanding our client portfolio nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned prospects and leads to present our service portfolio.
• Identify business needs and recommend the appropriate service plan.
• Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospects until the sale is closed.
• Record and update contact and opportunity information in the company system.
• Meet monthly targets for calls, scheduled appointments, and closed sales.
• Communicate clearly about benefits, pricing, and activation process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, or phone sales (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Basic proficiency with office tools such as Excel, email, and CRM systems.
• Interest or knowledge in electronic invoicing, accounting, or business software is a plus.
• Full‑time availability.
