About the role

Sagan is seeking a Financial and Operations Analyst to support accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for its US‑based clients. The role is fully remote, working Monday‑Friday on Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

Analyze actual results against budgets, explain variances, and recommend improvements to gross margin.
Support month‑end close, weekly KPI reporting, and monthly/quarterly leadership reporting.
Assist in budget preparation, pricing, cost modeling, and RFP analysis.
Analyze operating costs, late fees, and overall financial performance to identify process improvements.
Prepare financial and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
At least two years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or a related financial analysis field.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with EPM tools (nice‑to‑have).
