Full-Time Remote Experienced Bookkeeper (LATAM)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing analytics firm that helps US‑based businesses understand their financial records with forensic detail. We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team full‑time on a fully remote basis, based in Central or South America.

Key responsibilities

• Categorize transactions and match deposits.
• Prepare invoices, enter bills, and record payroll journal entries.
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations for month‑end close.
• Analyze financial numbers, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, responsible, and highly organized.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• QBO certification and familiarity with GAAP.
• Based in Central or South America.
• Bonus experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience using Xero, Zoho Books, Waveapps, and Sage.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
