Fund Operations Manager – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to own and streamline the operational processes of a fast‑growing investment fund platform. This fully remote position supports a U.S.‑based investment management firm and requires close collaboration with the Head of Operations and direct interaction with investors and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly NAV cycle, coordinate month‑end activities with fund administrators, and ensure accurate final review and sign‑off.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and performance data across internal records and external administrator statements.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations on schedule.
• Manage KYC/AML onboarding, maintain an up‑to‑date investor register, and serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
• Coordinate fund launches, maintain audit‑ready accounting records, and work with external providers to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund operations, fund accounting, and NAV processing.
• Strong understanding of investor transaction workflows, KYC/AML procedures, and capital activity management.
• Near‑native English proficiency (C2) and ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Self‑starter who can manage critical processes independently and drive automation initiatives.
