About the role

JCDecaux is seeking a Gerente de Desarrollo y Patrimonio to lead the management of its urban furniture and large‑format advertising assets in El Salvador. The role focuses on optimizing the asset portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage institutional relationships with municipalities, authorities and landlords.
• Administer public contracts, lease agreements and related legal matters.
• Negotiate renewals of public and lease contracts.
• Oversee payment of taxes, permits and licenses.
• Optimize profitability of the urban furniture and large‑format inventory.
• Identify and develop new projects and business opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date asset register and plan maintenance programs.
• Coordinate relocations, replacements and new installations.
• Ensure operational continuity of the asset portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and strategic management abilities.
• Experience working with public administrations and government entities.
• Desirable experience in the advertising industry.
• English proficiency is a plus.

• Proficiency with administration and project‑management software.
