About the role

The Business Strategy Manager will lead Nequi's digital banking strategy in El Salvador, shaping the future of one of the country’s fastest‑growing fintech ecosystems. You will translate market insights into innovative digital products that create value for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define strategic initiatives to accelerate product and service growth.
• Develop and execute Nequi’s growth strategy, turning trends and user needs into actionable solutions.
• Lead the evolution of the digital product portfolio from concept to implementation, driving adoption, engagement and profitability.
• Collaborate with product, technology, experience, marketing, risk and strategic partners to ensure agile, results‑oriented execution.
• Design new value propositions, monetisation models and alliances that support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Post‑graduate studies in Product Discovery and Product Delivery.
• Proven experience leading product and growth strategies in fintech or digital innovation environments.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and basic understanding of technology architecture.
