About the role

As a Technical Service Engineer at Segman, you will provide on‑site and remote support for security X‑ray equipment, ensuring mechanical, electronic and software components operate reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures and incidents.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on X‑ray systems.
• Prepare clear, concise technical reports after each service visit.
• Coordinate technical visits with the operations team and track service requests.
• Maintain a positive user experience through effective communication and timely support.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and diagnosis.
• Customer‑focused attitude with clear communication.
• Technical education (engineering, electronics, robotics or similar) and prior experience in a service‑technical role.
• Team player, organized, result‑oriented and eager to learn new technologies.
• Intermediate English level and basic knowledge of ticketing/service‑desk tools are a plus.
