Jefe Comercial de Repuestos – Liderar estrategia comercial

About the role

The company is seeking a Jefe Comercial de Repuestos to lead its spare‑parts commercial strategy in El Salvador. The successful candidate will drive business growth, manage a B2B sales team and strengthen the brand’s presence in the heavy‑machinery market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client portfolio for heavy‑machinery spare parts.
• Lead and coach the commercial team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with construction, infrastructure, transport and industrial customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt the sales approach.
• Promote the company’s product range, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere and JCB parts.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in spare parts, heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience leading B2B commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of the spare‑parts market for heavy machinery.
• Existing network in construction, infrastructure, transport or industry is a plus.
