About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Leader to head a high‑performance field sales team for a nationally recognized company. The role focuses on driving business results through people development, digital adoption, and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage field sales teams, ensuring achievement of performance indicators and commercial targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting action plans to boost growth and profitability.
- Visit strategic customers to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
- Analyze commercial data to support decision‑making.
- Promote digital tools and technology adoption to increase productivity.
- Coordinate regular alignment meetings and follow‑up sessions.
Required profile
- University degree (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience leading commercial teams.
- Proven track record in managing performance indicators and meeting sales goals.
- Strong experience in supervising and developing personnel.
- Willingness to work frequently in the field.
