Jefe de Atracción de Talento

About the role

Almacenes Vidrí is seeking a strategic leader to head its Talent Attraction function. You will be responsible for strengthening our ability to attract top talent, evolving the employer brand, and delivering a fast, personable, high‑impact experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment strategy and oversee all talent attraction activities.
• Enhance the employer brand to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Design and implement agile, candidate‑centric processes.
• Drive mass recruitment initiatives when needed.
• Transform existing recruitment processes and develop innovative sourcing methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management or an MBA is desirable.
• More than 3 years of experience leading talent attraction teams and processes, including large‑scale hiring.
• Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and psychometric assessment platforms.
• Strong leadership, business vision, results orientation, collaboration, and internal/external client focus.
