Junior SAP Analyst

About the role

The Junior SAP Analyst will support, analyze, implement and maintain SAP processes for Grupo MERELEC, ensuring efficient system operation, process optimisation and timely incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support for various SAP modules, including petty cash, reporting, electronic invoicing, purchase requests, commercial interfaces and tax calculations.
• Plan and control the execution of assigned improvement requests.
• Monitor system health, ensuring databases, services and alerts function correctly.
• Manage incidents and requirements across SAP modules, analysing and resolving operational issues within defined timeframes.
• Document functional specifications, developments, configurations and enhancements.
• Perform system configurations and parameterisations according to business needs and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in optimisation and digital transformation projects.
• Propose process improvements leveraging SAP functionality.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in ERP/SAP support roles.
• Experience providing user support and maintaining reports using Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Familiarity with C# and Visual Basic .NET programming.
• Basic understanding of fiscal and tax regulations (desirable).
• Analytical thinking and strong information interpretation skills.
• Technical English proficiency (pronunciation and writing).
