Learning Experience Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences for our clients. You will work on‑site in El Salvador, collaborating with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and evaluate innovative e‑learning modules that support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to define learning goals, outcomes, and success indicators.
• Partner with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver enablement content across multiple formats and modalities.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide effort estimations, manage project timelines, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to equip facilitators with the skills needed to deliver content.
• Build and deploy digital learning interactions that guide client onboarding and software adoption.
• Administer just‑in‑time enablement content via digital adoption platforms and learning management systems.

Required profile

• Strong ability to navigate team dynamics while working independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, adaptable to stakeholder needs.
• Effective written communication for creating job aids and documentation.
• Proactive planning and time‑management to exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Commitment to confidentiality and building collaborative relationships across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and impact assessments (TNA).
• Prior experience creating micro‑learning materials.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
