People Benefits & Compliance Analyst

About the role

The People Benefits & Compliance Analyst will champion an exceptional employee experience while ensuring strict compliance and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with multiple functions to streamline benefits administration and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, contract changes and related documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and act as the primary liaison for benefits inquiries and vendors.
• Maintain complete, accurate, audit‑ready employee records.
• Support compliance initiatives, internal audits and regulatory documentation.
• Provide timely HR policy, contract, and benefits guidance to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, IT, Procurement and external partners to ensure seamless People processes.
• Lead People Experience initiatives, internal communications and continuous process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, efficiency gains and automation using AI tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, procedures and knowledge resources.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Experience, Compliance or Employee Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits administration and employee records.
• Strong knowledge of labor compliance, HR documentation and ISO 27001 documentation practices.
• Experience coordinating across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, documentation and process‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
