Performance Media Strategist – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Media Strategist to lead multi‑channel campaigns across programmatic, paid search and paid social for our LATAM client portfolio. You will own both strategy and execution, turning data‑driven insights into measurable ROI while collaborating closely with creative and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies and landing‑page optimisation.
• Implement negative‑keyword tactics and run A/B tests to boost click‑through and conversion rates.
• Build and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and emerging platforms.
• Apply audience targeting, creative testing and bidding strategies to meet client KPIs.
• Monitor daily pacing, budgets and performance, making proactive adjustments.
• Develop integrated media plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Analyse performance data, extract cross‑channel learnings and present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities, sharing knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in programmatic, paid search and/or paid social.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for ROI.
