Project Manager – Telecom Services

About the role

Vivant is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of VoIP, ISP and network projects. The role combines people leadership, client‑facing responsibilities and hands‑on coordination with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely, high‑quality implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators, reviewing plans, timelines and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Manage full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP and network deployments across multiple client locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as escalation point for risks and issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, carriers and subcontractors to deliver projects.
• Monitor project health, identify blockers and drive corrective actions to meet quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and ensure accurate documentation in PM, CRM and business systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects from planning to completion.
• Previous experience supervising a team of Project Coordinators.
• 3+ years of customer‑facing experience supporting U.S. clients.
• At least 1 year in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT services, networking or low‑voltage environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, carriers and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Required skills

• Understanding of networking concepts and low‑voltage service delivery.
• Experience with project management, ticketing and CRM tools (e.g., Utiliko).
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms for cross‑functional coordination.
