Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new short‑term rental properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors and internal teams to ensure each property is fully prepared, listed and ready to welcome guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties.
• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms.
• Configure properties in the PMS/channel manager, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and property setup.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks before properties go live and maintain onboarding trackers.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple properties simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage digital assets such as photos and property documents.
