QA Tester Funcional

About the role

We are looking for a Functional QA Tester to join Stefanini’s IT team. The role involves performing unit, end‑to‑end and performance testing of software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans that align with software requirements and verify functional correctness.
• Execute tests, document results, log defects and provide clear feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain test environments that accurately reflect production settings.
• Support deployed software by monitoring incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development and agile teams to integrate testing activities into the delivery pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in software testing, preferably in agile environments.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex systems.

Required skills

• Familiarity with test‑management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and risk‑analysis techniques.
• Ability to write detailed test cases and understand technical requirements.
