Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

AppDirect is seeking a Recruiter to join its growing talent acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple business functions to attract, assess, and hire top talent that drives the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a motivated team of recruiters and hiring managers.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring teams to define hiring objectives and create customized hiring plans.
• Design and execute unique sourcing strategies, including branding, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates to build robust pipelines.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes in a fast‑growing environment.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech startup.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates for junior to senior roles across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Service Delivery.
• Experience recruiting for multiple markets, including Latam.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and a deep understanding of business needs.
• Ability to assess candidate fit and match them with appropriate opportunities.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment and prioritizes candidate experience.
