About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong C++ expertise to enhance software development workflows using AI systems. You will evaluate and improve AI‑generated code, optimize prompt strategies, and ensure reliable, efficient engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex C++ codebases to validate and refine AI‑generated outputs.
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies and context structures to improve model behavior.
• Evaluate AI system performance on code‑intelligence tasks and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI‑assisted development tools into production workflows.
• Apply deep knowledge of machine‑learning concepts to assess and improve model output reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, C++ development, or a related field.
• Strong background in C++ with a focus on code comprehension and analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted software engineering tools or large language‑model systems.
• Ability to validate AI‑generated code and refine prompts, context, or model inputs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
