Senior Platform & AI Enablement Engineer Supervisor

About the role

RSM is looking for a senior engineer to lead the creation of reusable platform and AI‑enabled capabilities that boost software delivery, developer productivity and security across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal platforms, libraries, templates and self‑service tools that enable secure, scalable software delivery.
• Drive AI‑assisted development adoption by evaluating, implementing and governing coding assistants, prompt libraries and agent‑based workflows.
• Implement security, compliance and observability engineering solutions, including automation, logging, monitoring and developer dashboards.
• Support cloud‑native infrastructure automation using IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Azure services and container orchestration (AKS).
• Collaborate with application teams, solution architects and platform groups to evolve engineering standards and delivery patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, automation or Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Proven experience with Azure public cloud, container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI‑enabled development tools and productivity platforms.
