SEO Specialist (E-commerce)

About the role

Impulso Media is a results‑driven digital marketing agency that partners with bold DTC and CPG brands. We are looking for an SEO Specialist who lives and breathes e‑commerce to own and execute SEO/AEO strategies for our Shopify and WooCommerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO/AEO strategy from audit through implementation for Shopify/WooCommerce sites.
• Translate keyword research into ranking content that drives sales.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate technical audits, generate content briefs, and uncover ranking opportunities.
• Optimize product, collection, and blog pages for visibility and conversion.
• Resolve Shopify‑specific issues such as duplicate URLs, crawl errors, and app conflicts.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure site changes support SEO goals.
• Use Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other tools to track performance, report wins, and identify next steps.
• Stay current on algorithm updates and e‑commerce trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience running SEO for multiple Shopify stores with measurable results (traffic, rankings, revenue).
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce SEO, not just theory.
• Fluent in DTC brand language, balancing brand, performance, UX, and CRO.
• Proactive, scrappy, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent client communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Available to work 9‑5 EST.
