Sr. Representative, Talent Sourcing Bilingual

About the role

The Senior Representative, Talent Sourcing (Bilingual) supports the recruitment team by ensuring staffing needs are met through efficient candidate identification, attraction, and onboarding. This entry‑level position provides essential administrative and clerical assistance to keep the hiring process running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of recruitment programs and maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background checks, and reference checks.
• Schedule initial screening interviews and coordinate telephone or face‑to‑face interviews with hiring managers.
• Create new‑hire packets, arrange background checks and drug tests, and administer typing or math assessments when required.
• Promote the company’s image to candidates and external service providers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants as needed.
• Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition department and related stakeholders.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred) with less than one year of relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a high‑velocity environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of general office practices and business etiquette.
• Capability to follow through on assignments with limited supervision.
