About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead a high‑impact B2B Customer Success operation within a strategic enterprise account. You will oversee a team of 10 advisors who engage dealers and end customers to drive adoption of digital tools and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee team performance through outreach, onboarding, adoption and voice‑of‑the‑customer initiatives.
- Improve connection rates and reduce unsubscribe rates.
- Drive productivity, develop data‑based strategies and manage escalations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a manager/people‑leadership role.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success or application support.
- Proven track record of improving team productivity in a high‑volume, case‑based environment.
- Strong analytical, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate confidently with US stakeholders.
