Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow steps, helping the company maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, including calls, screenings, emails and workflow documentation.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs and audit standards.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in hiring quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
