Account Assistant (Insurance)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Assistant to join our dynamic insurance team. In this role you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing guidance on their insurance policies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client requests for policy changes, including modifications, sum adjustments, inclusions and exclusions.
• Keep internal systems up‑to‑date with endorsement requests submitted by clients.
• Receive, review and deliver amendment annexes and related documents to clients.
• Track the status of modification requests with insurers and communicate updates to clients.
• Support the Account Executive in portfolio administration.
• Proactively assist with additional area activities based on emerging needs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal statutes, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university studies preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in personal insurance policy administration, working with insurers or brokers.
• Basic technical knowledge of personal insurance policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
