Account Manager (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our LATAM clients and internal teams. You will ensure the timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns, nurture long‑term client relationships, and drive revenue growth across media, creative, data, and web development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated account strategies covering paid media, SEO, social, and content.
• Translate client objectives into actionable digital marketing plans.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from kickoff and asset collection to optimization and performance reporting.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development.
• Coordinate with department heads to align strategy and execution.
• Maintain accurate campaign data in internal systems and ensure budgets, billing, and profitability are tracked.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee scope‑of‑work management and flag out‑of‑scope items for change orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts for Latin American clients.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into measurable campaign tactics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering projects on time and on budget.
