Senior Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own end‑to‑end paid media for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and e‑commerce accounts. You will onboard new clients, build ad accounts from scratch, launch and optimise campaigns, and act as the primary point of contact for clients on spend, performance and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding: define budgets, CPA/ROAS targets, audience strategy and reporting cadence.
• Audit existing ad accounts, tracking setups and creative assets before launch.
• Configure ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), set up pixels, CAPI and conversion tracking.
• Build campaign structures, manage daily budget pacing and optimise against KPIs.
• Run creative, audience and bidding tests, scale successful tactics.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, flag risks early and propose mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on paid‑media buying experience, primarily on Meta and Google platforms.
• Proven track record managing DTC or e‑commerce accounts with responsibility for ROAS or CPA.
• Comfortable conducting solo client calls, including difficult performance discussions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, pixel, CAPI and attribution data.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously while keeping each on plan.
