Project Manager / Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Production Manager) to lead digital production projects within our marketing and communications hub. You will ensure structured workflows, timely deliveries, scope control, and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of digital production projects, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Translate briefs into clear work plans and schedules, maintaining brief hygiene.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Creative, Production, QA, Technology) and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project progress, control scope deviations, track hours, and mitigate operational risks.
• Guarantee deliverables meet technical, brand, and channel specifications through QA processes.
• Contribute to workflow optimization, automation, and AI‑based solutions for the hub.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Production, Communication or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, production or coordination within digital or advertising agencies.
• Advanced English (C1) with fluent written and verbal communication.
• Proven use of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP are a plus.
