Client Success Specialist – Remote AI Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join a fast‑moving, AI‑driven marketing agency. In this fully remote position you will own client satisfaction from start to finish, act as the bridge between clients and internal execution teams, and help drive the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client check‑ins via Slack to ensure satisfaction with lead quality and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, responding professionally and proactively.
• Translate client requests into clear internal action items and assign them to the appropriate teams.
• Use Notion to manage task boards, client databases, and project tracking across active accounts.
• Monitor internal progress against client deliverables and proactively escalate any delays.
• Follow established SOPs, work autonomously once onboarded, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal English.
• Highly organized, disciplined and able to follow through on commitments.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and accountable with an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and internal workflows simultaneously.

Required skills
