About the role
Tigo is looking for an Accounting Reporting Specialist in La Libertad, El Salvador. The role manages accounting processes, ensures the financial integrity of assigned entities and provides support for audits and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory financial statements from start to finish
- Lead the accounting process of the assigned entities
- Support and attend external audits
- Ensure complete reconciliations and reliable balances
- Manage accounting records and follow up on general ledger adjustments
- Work with Payroll, HR and Intercompany teams to ensure the quality of financial information
- Help prepare financial reports
Required profile
- Degree in Public Accountant (CPA), Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or corporate processes
- Intermediate English
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and accounting processes
- Experience with Oracle, Blackline and HFM/FCCS
- Advanced Excel
