About the role
We are looking for an organized, responsible Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team at Click Box Marketing. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance with a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Record accounting entries for company operations.
- Prepare bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Register accounts receivable and payable movements.
- Collect and file accounting documentation.
- Track pending documents and operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and verifications.
- Prepare accounting reports and auxiliary statements.
- Integrate assigned accounts and transactions.
- Identify and report discrepancies.
- Manage payments and follow‑up on them.
- Maintain communication and follow‑up with suppliers.
Required profile
- Organized and proactive.
- Responsible and committed.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
