AI Google Ads Digital Practitioner – Evaluation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑focused Google Ads Digital Practitioner to evaluate and improve advertising experiences across Google’s ecosystem. You will use your expertise in Google Ads to assess ad relevance, quality, and effectiveness, helping to refine AI‑driven advertising systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of ads against user search queries, keywords, and intent.
• Analyze relationships between search terms, ad creatives, landing pages, and user behavior.
• Apply Google Ads best practices and advertising principles to assess ad quality.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI‑powered advertising systems.
• Participate in calibration sessions, consensus discussions, and quality reviews.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google Ads platform updates and digital advertising trends.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent certifications.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing, optimizing, or consulting on Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies, performance‑marketing teams, or paid‑media environments.
• Background in quality assurance, content evaluation, or AI data annotation projects.
