Analista Contable – Inglés Avanzado

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for complex, high‑volume account reconciliations, risk identification, and the development of processes that improve data accuracy and mitigate financial risk. The role supports period‑end closing, financial reporting and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex, high‑volume account reconciliations, identify risk areas, and design new processes to improve data accuracy.
• Execute period‑end closing tasks, including accruals and calendar preparation to support accurate financial results.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise, timely financial records.
• Drive variance analysis and produce ad‑hoc financial and management reports as needed.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and reach consensus on effective solutions.
• Support departmental objectives and service levels, provide training, and offer additional coverage when required.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English (minimum 85% proficiency).
• Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum three years of experience managing the full accounting cycle.
• Experience with SOX controls and US GAAP principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
