About the role

The Payroll Accounting Analyst will ensure accurate processing of payroll data, attendance records, and related employee benefits in compliance with current institutional regulations. This role supports the finance team by validating and consolidating information required for timely salary payments.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process all data used for payroll calculations, including attendance, late arrivals, leaves, and disability permits.
• Apply up‑to‑date institutional policies, labor laws, and tax regulations to payroll operations.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll accounts and related accounting entries.
• Generate and monitor payroll indicators and reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum two years of experience handling payroll and general accounting.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of labor and tax legislation.
• Ability to manage performance indicators and demonstrate leadership.
